Awesome, would highly recommend! Alex helped us replace our main panel, add a new panel and EV charger, install outlets, a smart doorbell, replace fans, and fix our front patio light. Straight shooter, very easy to work with, and definitely cares about the quality of work. Do yourself a favor and support a smaller local business that does an awesome job 👍. We bought a flipped house, and the flipper really did everything on the cheap. Alex did a great job fixing all the flippers’ mistakes, and Juan went above and beyond on drywall repair and patching when they needed to cut to install outlets (the work is amazing, it looks like the original wall).

I needed a few items done in the townhome. High ceiling entry light replaced, living room recessed light replaced and new kitchen outlet installed for stovetop exhaust fan. I called three different electricians that I found on Yelp. Alex, the owner of Ion, was the only electrician to actually answer the phone! The others never got back to me at all during the week after calling them.
Alex was very professional and took all of my information on the phone and was able to give me a quote during that same phone call. Alex scheduled my appointment to come out in a couple of days. Alex and his assistant showed up promptly and immediately got to work. Alex walked me through all of the work that he and Juan would be doing. They were able to get all of the work done promptly. They were careful when doing their work to keep everything clean. Everything looks and works great! Alex and Juan cleaned up and removed all of the trash and debris. The price was fair for the work that was done. I highly recommend Ion Electrical for any of your needs. We will definitely use Ion again when the need arises.

Alex was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. His ability to translate our “needs” into a logical, easy-to-understand work estimate was greatly appreciated. The job itself was completed quickly and cleanly. In summary, we are very happy with his work and would recommend his services as an electrician.

Working with Ion Electrical was a real pleasure. Alex was always very straightforward and never tried upselling anything. He did work on our main and sub panels as well as other things around the house. Everything was done extremely well with attention to details. Alex is honest and knows his stuff.

If you are in need of a reliable, honest and trustworthy electrician, stop scrolling and contact these guys. They upgraded a main electrical panel, installed a sub panel, wired whole house ADU for lights, outlets, oven, dishwasher, hood, washer/dryer and host of other electrical work including low voltage without issue or delay. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with some flickering lights and few torts that stopped working. Ion Electrical Services responded quickly to my inquiry, talked through few things over messages before confirming the appointment. Juan showed up on time, was courteous and professional. Everything got fixed and my lights and outlets are now working properly.
